The receptionist talked so luod all night, I nearly lost my mind, and the sheets were just gross. I expected some sort of special treatment, like a room upgrade, but apparently, everyone is treated the same here, how sad. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the noise from the night receptionist, who was loud on the phone throughout the night. To make matters worse, my room had stained bed sheets, and when I requested new ones, they were just as stained and unfit for use. The room was lacking basic amenities like towels and soap, completely unacceptable for any hotel.

Riviere Boutique offers excellent service with a dedicated staff. They were very good, preparing tasty takeaway breakfasts for our busy work schedule, including sandwiches, fruits, and juice. The staff's recommendation for a graffiti tour to Comuna 13 was an lovely experience. The location, away from the noisy city center, provided a serene environment, and the local dining options just a short distance away enhanced my stay.

The only downside was the distance from many attractions.
